So, this property has an Electric consumption at around 20,000kWh annually. Reducing the bills here can make a big difference; our current premium system with built in AI the Sigenergy Sigenstor system we installed here.

We fitted 16 Longhi 490W panels, Eight, on a tiled room and a further Eight on a flat roof, all panels face south and have good access to the Sun.   The inverter can take a third string which is a job for the future when some further building works are planned at the property.

The System in the winter charges the batteries over night at a cheap rate and the property uses this during the day, once the summer comes round the battery will charge up less from the grid as the Solar PV begins generating and filling the batteries. This system has built in AI, so all this is done automatically maximising energy savings.

As a rough guide this system will save the owner around £3000 per year on electricity bills and when the 3rd array is installed even more.  Investment payback time is around 5 years.

We also installed a Sigenergy EV charger which allows vehicles to be charged using cheap overnight electricity or even solely on surplus Solar energy maximizing self-consumption.
