  • What action will be taken to deal with any problems

Additional solar panels  Already have panels? yes we are able to add additional panels, upgrade & replace or even repair inverters or components.

Leadtimes For on grid Solar Systems below 3.68KW or around 8 panels we don't need to inform the DNO (Distribution network operator) in advance of the install, for Wokingham and Berkshire it’s Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks so we can get the installation underway with minimal lead-time. For systems above this threshold we need advance approval which can take several weeks to obtain.

Cooling off period Once we have agreed and signed the contract there is a 14 day cooling off period in order to conform to the Renewable Energy Consumer code ( RECC) & UK Consumer protection there is an option to wave this cooling off period, just ask us for the form. More info on RECC here

We are MCS Accreditated and will provide a certificate on completion of each new installation
